Very true, there …
Very true, there were many loans that should not have been given, however, there were also many “stated” loans that had legitemately (sp?) qualified borrowers that are now being punished by the meltdown. Thus the extreme need and opportunity for private bennies, or private lenders to step into the subprime void. If you ever wanted to invest in real estate, now is the best time!
